Yes, we’ll travel to clients. Our session fees will cover up to 30 miles outside 45066 zip code. Clients are responsible for fees distance outside the 30 miles radius. Fees are $0.50 per mile after 30 miles.

Session fees are non-refundable. However, in the event a cancelation is needed we can reschedule the session one time. All purchased orders placed at the time of viewing & ordering appointment are final.
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Client is responsible for shipping costs. Most clients chooses in person pick up.
Yes, we do. Our main goal is to provide clients with heirlooms products that they will treasure a lifetime. Digital images are part of it.
All clients sign an agreement with model release included in it before the session. If you would prefer to keep your images private, and not have them shared on my website or social media. You may indicate your request at that time of signing the agreement. For clients who choose to decline the model release, I absolutely respect your decision and will keep your images under lock and key.

Yes, we do. We have seasonal mini sessions in which is usually hosted once or twice a year. Feel free to contact us or check our blog for updates on current or future events.
Yes. We offer gift certificates with a minimum purchase of $100. Gift certificates are valid for the calendar year in which was purchased.
Turn around on images after a photoshoot varies from session to session. Our average turn around is 7-10 days. We request a minimum of 2 weeks before booking our viewing & ordering appointment.
We use an excellent and reputable professional printing lab that offers quality prints and products. If client purchases digital files they will receive these files on a custom USB drive. On that USB drive we also include a PDF file with more detailed printing advice for those that chooses not to go through us. I’ve had test prints made with nearly every consumer lab, so please ask if you have questions about the quality from a specific place. *I do notrecommend printing your images at Shutterfly, Target, Walmart, CVS, or Costco. These labs are not designed to handle printing professional photography. Their quality and color is very inconsistent.
